Faculty Advisor Fees

Although CAHSMUN does not charge faculty advisor or school fee, accommodations for faculty advisors are not provided. The first option is for the school sending the delegation to pay the hotel fees of the the faculty advisors. The second opion is for all the delegates in the delegation to split the hotel fees between them.

Each faculty advisor room costs $150/night. Schools should specify how many faculty advisor rooms they will require either on the "Additional Comments" section in the school registration form or by emailing the Eldon Chan, the USG of Delegate Affairs at delegates@cahsmun.org.

Payment Method:
If accommodation fees are paid among delegates, please note that there is no maximum limit to the number of delegates sent from each school. Therefore, each delegate contributes less towards the fee in a larger school delegation compared to a smaller school delegation.

If a delegate is unable to find a sponsor teacher within their school, please contact Eldon Chan , USG of Delegate Affairs, at delegates@cahsmun.org.
