Foundations Program

The CAHSMUN Foundations Program seeks to familiarize new or inexperienced participants to Model UN. Foundations sessions will focus on rules of procedure and technical writing for draft resolutions. We will also provide additional information and resources to those wanting to start their own Model UN clubs and delegations at their schools.

We will be holding two workshops this year, one in the Fall 2011, November 12th, semester and the next in the Winter 2012, February 11th, semester. Each of these workshops will include demonstrations of the rules of procedures and feedback on crafting the perfect draft resolution. At the end of each workshop, delegates will have the opportunity to exercise the skills they have learned through a mini-Model UN session.
