Registration

Dear Prospective Delegates, Schools and Sponsor Teachers,

My name is Eldon Chan, and I am delighted to serve as your USG of Delegate Affairs. Quite literally, any questions concerning most details that may affect you should be firstly directed towards me. This year, we have decided to implement a process that we hope will be more efficient for both ourselves and delegates. To briefly outline the registration system, certain key individuals will facilitate communication between myself and delegates; teachers and head delegates. If you are interested in being a head delegate, please be forewarned of certain responsibilities that will be expected: group school paperwork and cheques to be handed in punctually. Of course, head delegates will be appropriately awarded for their hard work.

Similar to last year, there will be two types of registration, group as well as individual. Uniquely, a tab for most schools invited will be provided on the website, under which all delegates of that respective school can register. If your school is not listed, another tab for individual registration is still possible.

Strictly with regards to the methods of payment and registration dates, returning delegates will be familiar with the same system.Simply because we would like to reward individuals who are committed to CAHSMUN, three stages of registration will occur: early, normal and late, with price changes accordingly. Likewise, country assignments will also be given out on a first come, first serve basis, benefiting those who plan to attend in advance.
